CANCELLATIONS.

If I (the trainer) cancels or runs late.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise which require our sessions to be rescheduled. In this event the following policy will apply:

  • If I am forced to cancel our session within 24 hours I will make up the session at no charge to you.

  • If I am forced to cancel our session giving you more than 24 hours' notice I will reschedule as soon as possible.

  • If I run late in starting our session I will extend the session time accordingly or make it up at a future date, whichever is most convenient to you.

If you (the client) cancels or runs late.

  • 1:1 session - If notice to cancel is issued 48 hours in advance of the session then no cancellation charges will apply. Notice to cancel between 24-48 hours will incur cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of the session fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of the session will incur fees equivalent to 100% of the session fee. Session times are fixed unless with prior agreement - late arrival will result in a shorter session. If you have not arrived within 15 mins of your agreed start time the session is considered cancelled by you.

  • Individual Programme / Training Block - If a block of training is cancelled a refund will be made to cover only those sessions that have not been completed, minus any transaction fees incurred by OPT and any time spent by OPT on unused programming. Any discounts applied to a block booking will be void and any refunds will be calculated using the standard session pricing.

  • Courses - Refunds will only be available for courses if they are cancelled with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to start of the course. No refunds are offered once a course begins.
