PERSONAL TRAINING
Your journey begins with a free initial consultation. We will discuss your goals and determine the best personal training programme to help you achieve them. We then go on to analyse your exercise history, barriers, lifestyle, and activity levels. This ensures the exercise prescription is specific to you and your individual circumstances.
During our first session we'll carry out a health and fitness assessment which can include height, weight, body composition, blood pressure, heart rate, VO2 Max, and strength & flexibility.
It's then straight on to your programme and the first steps of your Odyssey
